Attendees learn about the legislative and legal requirements for Title II entities and the types of facilities and services covered and not covered under Title III as well as requirement for barrier removal and path of travel. 1pm-3pm- Complete Variance Application How 2 - Two hour TDLR CE. - TDLR #14053 (provider #14970) 2 CE (TAS), AIA/CES 170 2 LU, ICC #6937 0.2 CEU. This course will cover the compilation of a complete and thorough variance application when a construction project owner believes that TAS compliance cannot be achieved.

3pm-5pm- Complete Barrier Free Design for Landscapes- TDLR# 14498 2CE (TAS), AIA/CES APA163 2 LU/HSW, ICC #5241 0.2 CEU. ADA Standards for Accessible Design specify requirements for play areas, golf course and other areas of recreation.
